Most solutions for displaying objects in 3D online use traditional 3D models, that is to say meshes, textures and raytracing or some approximation of it. This approach has its place, however it results in large file sizes and slow loading as well as a reduction in quality of the visuals as a result of web optimisation.
We use radiance field technology to generate 3D models and display them using pre renders packaged in a way that is fast loading. This is a perfect solution for ecommerce where speed & realism is crucial.
